A self-paced course from Dr. Craig Koniver

The Patient’s Playbook

Navigating hormones, peptides & providers

You have more health information than any generation in history, and less idea of what to do with it. The Playbook is Dr. Craig Koniver's starting point: what hormones, peptides, and GLP-1s actually are, and the exact questions to take to your doctor so you get real answers. It will not make you an expert. It will make you the kind of patient a good doctor is glad to see.

WHY THIS COURSE

You are not short on information.
You are short on what to do with it.

2025 made everyone a peptide expert, and 2026 is only louder. Everyone is telling you what to inject, how to feel, and what to buy. The Playbook cuts through it. First it hands you the questions that actually matter, then it gives you an honest foundation underneath them, so you can sit down with your own provider and make confident, informed decisions about your health.

Module Two

Peptide overview

The deeper background: what hormones, peptides, and GLP-1s actually are, in plain language, from someone who has used them with patients for over two decades.

Where this comes from

From the clinic.
Not the internet.

Everything here comes from over two decades of treating real patients and observing more than fifty thousand peptide treatments in a clinical setting. It is not a roundup of other people's videos, and it is not advice from someone who has never carried the weight of a patient's outcome. That is what separates it from everything free you have already scrolled past.

WHO IT IS FOR

New to this, or years in.
Either way.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF
You are new to peptides or hormones and want a trustworthy starting point.
You have been at it a while and want it from a clinician's angle.
Your labs keep coming back "normal" while you still feel off.
You are about to start hormones, peptides, or a GLP-1 and want to ask the right things.
This is not
A do-it-yourself guide to injecting on your own.
A list of protocols or doses to copy.
A replacement for a qualified provider.
Medical advice. It is education, and it points you to care.

Why I made this
"This isn't going to make you a peptide expert, and it is not meant to. It is meant to give you a starting point, the questions that actually matter, so you can have a real conversation with your doctor. We have spent years teaching providers how to answer these. This is the other half: helping you know what to ask."
