Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of koniverwellness.com (the "Site"), operated by Koniver Wellness LLC, 1470 Tobias Gadson Blvd. #100A, Charleston, SC 29407. By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site is educational

Content on the Site — pages, articles, videos, guides, and tools such as our fit check — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a physician–patient or other clinical relationship. Do not start, stop, or change any medication, supplement, peptide, hormone, or treatment based on the Site. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider who knows your individual circumstances. 3. Becoming a patient is a separate process

Applying through the Site does not make you a patient. A clinical relationship is entered into only after appropriate evaluation and under separate agreements with the practice. Nothing on the Site promises acceptance as a patient or any specific result.

4. Courses and training are sold under their own terms

The Patient's Playbook is provided and sold by Revinok LLC under license, on its course platform and subject to its own Terms of Service presented at checkout; Koniver Method training is likewise governed by the terms presented at its enrollment. Those terms — not these — govern your purchase.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by or licensed to Koniver Wellness LLC and protected by law. "Koniver Wellness," "Koniver Method," "The Patient's Playbook," and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or use the Site's content to create derivative or competing works, or use it to train any machine-learning or AI system, without written permission.

6. Your submissions

Information you submit through forms (contact details, fit-check responses, applications) is handled per our Privacy Policy. You agree your submissions are accurate and are not another person's information.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, misrepresent your identity, interfere with the Site's operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to and embeds third-party content (podcasts, video platforms, social networks, course platforms). We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and links are not endorsements.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KONIVER WELLNESS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Koniver Wellness LLC and the parties above against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; exclusive venue in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
