Low Energy

When you are exhausted and your labs keep coming back 'normal'

Being tired all the time is one of the most common reasons people go to a doctor, and one of the most commonly dismissed. The labs come back normal, and you are told to sleep more and stress less. Dr. Koniver starts somewhere better: fatigue is a signal, and the job is to find what is actually behind it, hormones, thyroid, nutrient status, sleep quality, metabolism, rather than wave it away.

THE BASICS

Why am I so tired?

Persistent fatigue rarely has a single cause. It can come from hormones that have drifted, an under-supported thyroid, poor sleep quality, nutrient gaps, blood sugar swings, or the slow drain of chronic stress. The reason a standard workup often misses it is that each piece can look 'normal' on its own while the whole picture tells a different story.

Dr. Koniver's approach is to read that whole picture and treat how you actually feel. Sometimes the answer is hormones, sometimes it is the fundamentals, often it is several things at once. The point is to stop guessing.

THE KONIVER APPROACH

Fatigue is a signal, not a verdict.

Look wider

Hormones, thyroid, nutrients, sleep, metabolism, read together, not one lab at a time.

Treat the person

Your experience matters as much as your labs. Feeling exhausted is data.

Whatever is behind it, the plan is built for you and adjusted over time.

Who comes in

Is this you?

People come to Dr. Koniver when they are worn down and no one has taken it seriously. What is behind it, and whether he can help, is determined only after in-person evaluation.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Answered plainly.

Individual labs can each look 'normal' while the overall picture points clearly to a problem. Dr. Koniver reads the full picture and treats how you feel, not just whether a value falls inside a broad range.
